## About

Neil Shroff is an early stage operator. Since 2021, he has been working on crypto, media, policy and ecosystem projects. He is an advisor to [Solana Foundation](https://solana.org) and a founding member of [Superteam](https://superteam.fun), through which they helped launch Solana to 25+ countries around the world.

In his free time, he invests in deep-tech, hardware, and modern industrial machinery startups in the US-India corridor; and organizes [Basedcon](https://basedcon.xyz) (a conference for big ideas) and [Bangerlore](https://bangerlore.com) (a biannual party).

Previously, he was trained as a lawyer (2015-20), and worked with the founders of [Nanonets](https://nanonets.com) (2021) and [Devfolio](https://devfolio.co) (2020) as their Chief of Staff.
